
Appointment Policies
PLEASE READ ALL SERVICE DESCRIPTIONS THOROUGHLY PRIOR TO SCHEDULING TO ENSURE THE RIGHT SERVICE FOR YOU.
SCHEDULING A SERVICE IS YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE POLICIES LISTED BELOW.​
Curly Cuts and Curly Cut Preparations
All deposits are non-refundable.
If it has been 4 months or more since your last haircut at our studio, we kindly request that you schedule a New Client Curly Cut.
For those whose last visit exceeds 4 months, please do not book an Express Cut; instead, we recommend scheduling a New Curly Cut. This ensures we can provide you with the most accurate and balanced shape.
We ask that you arrive with your hair down, fully dry, and with minimal to no product. Please avoid braids, updos, twists, heavy oils, or heavy products. It is essential that I can see your curls for an effective cut. Please note that arriving unprepared will result in a $50 fee and may necessitate rescheduling. If rescheduling is required due to not adhering to preparation guidelines, the full service fee will apply.
New Clients
New curly clients are invited to schedule the New Client Curly Cut service exclusively. A new client is defined as someone who has not had an appointment in over four months. Please note that this is collaborative process that requires your active engagement and is not designed for those seeking a "Quick Fix." Achieving desired results may take several visits, and it is important that you feel comfortable wearing your curly hair in its natural state and embracing its unique qualities. If you are not fully committed to this journey, we may not be the best fit for your needs.
Cancellations
To confirm your appointment, a deposit is required and is NON-REFUNDABLE. You may cancel your appointment online without charge up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled time Should you cancel, you are welcome to reschedule for a future date, subject to availability.
Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 48 hours before your appointment will incur a late fee of 50% of service price. If cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment the fee will be100% of the service price.
Please ensure that your booking accurately reflects the required duration and services.
Please note that if you cancel more than three times, online booking will no longer be permitted. You will only have the option to book last-minute openings posted online.
Payment
All clients are required to provide credit card information at the time of scheduling to confirm their appointment.
We accept all major credit cards, and while is also accepted, please be advised that we do not carry change.
Late / No- show
If you arrive 15 minutes or more after your appointment time, you need to reschedule, and late cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the service price will be applied. Please note that this fee will not be credited toward any future services.
Additionally, if you do not cancel your appointment online or notify us of your cancellation and fail to attend your scheduled appointment, you will charged the full fee for service and will be to book any future appointments with our salon.
Fees / Refunds
Please be advised that any fees incurred due to violations of our Scheduling Policy will be charged to the credit card you provided at the time of booking appointment, with no exceptions.
Additionally, payments for services rendered in the salon, fees related to Scheduling Policy violations, and deposits are non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied with a service and notify us within 5 days, we make every effort to address your concerns at no additional cost. However, if you wish to add services that were not included in your initial appointment, additional charges will apply. Thank you for your understanding.
Guests
To create a comfortable and intimate environment, we kindly ask that you come to your appointment alone, without any guests, including children, partners, friends, or family members. Please make necessary arrangements to fully enjoy your service. The only exception is for mothers who may bring their newborns. If there are personal reasons for needing your child to accompany you, please let us know.
Children's Appointments
Bleaching services are offered solely to children who are 12 years of age or older. No exceptions be permitted.
